Dozens of country singers were out strutting their fashionable stuff Tuesday for the 4th annual Country Weekly Fashion Show to benefit Musicians on Call.

Joe Nichols kicked the morning off with an acoustic performance and one-on-one interview, talking about his career and performing a handful of his hits, including recent multi-week No. 1 “Gimmie That Girl.” Luke Bryan, whose own acoustic performance included his latest No. 1 “Do I,” told the crowd that he might’ve earned a scratchy voice by going overboard on the yelling at Monday’s celebrity softball game.

Country trio Trailer Choir brought their own brand of overboard to the fashion show: Band member Big Vinny worked the runway in his overalls, playfully unlatching one of the hooks, tossing it over his shoulder and suggestively pulling down one corner of the bib.

“Vinny would try to be the crowd favorite at a funeral,” said Choir member Marc “Butter” Fortney. “Attention is not hard for us to find.”

Other artists to hit the runway included Julie Roberts, Carter Twins, Sarah Darling, Danielle Peck, Gwen Sebastian, Jesse Lee, Coldwater Jane, Brian Stace, John Carter and Johnny Gates of The Invite.

But fan favorite Pam Tillis — clad in a satin-like black, yellow and white dress, studded leather jacket and leopard-print tights — stole the show.

“What was really fun is they let me put my own outfit together,” Tillis said. “The hardest part was picking out what to wear.”

For fans who suffer from that same problem, a guiding Tillis fashion principle: “Animal print goes with everything.”
